Agrogir is active in the production of animals with a high lactation capacity through the Gir Leiteiro genetic base, which is accomplished by crossing the Gir Milk breed with the Holstein breed, resulting in the so-called Half Blood. Half Blood is an animal that inherits the rusticity and the longevity of the Gir, and the high capacity of Dutch milk production.
